With more than 30 years in advanced taxation and financial oversight, Lynette C. Rue is an Enrolled Agent authorized to practice before the IRS, advising high-income individuals, investors, and closely held businesses. She delivers rigorous tax preparation, strategic analysis, and compliance frameworks designed to preserve wealth and withstand scrutiny. Lynette holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Business Administration. Since 2002, through ATPROS, Inc., she has directed complex multi-state engagements with a focus on accuracy, audit readiness, and long-range financial management. Her scope includes intricate income tax structures, forecasting, general ledger governance, and full-cycle accounting systems that support informed decision-making. Lynette has also led operational scale and quality control initiatives, helping grow a practice from a single client to more than 450 while supervising and mentoring credentialed professionals, implementing modernized technologies, and enforcing strict multi-level review standards. Her reputation is built on discretion, technical precision, and the ability to convert complicated tax law into clear, defensible strategies that protect her clients’ financial positions. Outside of her professional work, Lynette enjoys traveling, gardening, painting, hiking, and time with her family.
